The following are recipes of dishes I have enjoyed from the various churches at which we have had the priviledge to sing and share a meal.  Enjoy and let me know what you think on our guestbook.

Cavatini


8 oz    Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1  lb    Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage with Sage
2  tsp  Dry Italian Dressing Mix
8  oz   Pepperoni
30oz  Jar Spaghetti Sauce
8  oz   Mozzarella Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Boil egg noodles until done.  Brown and drain pork sausage.  Mix noodles and sausage in large bowl with all other ingredients(except parmesan cheese). Put in 9 x 13 casserole baking dish, top with shredded parmesan cheese, and bake at 350 uncovered for 30 min.

Fish and Rice Casserole 

1 -  10 oz package Vigo or Mahatma Yellow Rice with Saffron Seasoning
4 -  Thick Fish Filets - Talapia, Orange Ruffie, or whatever you prefer
1  tbs  Onion Flakes
1/2  cup Milk
1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
4 Slices American Cheese
1/2 Stick Margarine
2 cups Pepperidge Farms Stuffing - Herb Seasoning
Black Pepper

Cook rice according to directions except add 1 & 1/3 cups of water.  Put in 8 x 11 bakin dish. Cover with fish filets. Sprinkle on onion flakes and black pepper to taste. Mix milk and cream of chicken soup and pour over fish. Add slices of cheese. Melt margarine, mix with stuffing, then sprinkle over the top. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 40 min.  Uncover and bake for 10 min.  Let set a few minutes before serving.

Graham Cracker Treats

12 Graham Crackers
1 cup butter
1 &1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Pecans

Place graham crackers on baking sheet. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and pecans. Pour this mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Let cool and then cut into portions.
