Anyone who knows anything about Southern Gospel Music has probably heard of the recent passing of Daniel Studer, the keyboard player for The Kellys. What you may not know is that Daniel was Robin's best friend for the last 12 years. His death has been hard on her, but we were priviledged to have him fill-in with us on November 25, 2007. As far as we know, it was the last time that he would sing in public. What a talented man he was. We are thankful to God for this time that He gave us with our friend. We miss you Daniel, but we will see you soon on the other side.

Announcing a new member ! For some time The Leavells have been praying about adding a bass player to compliment our live music, and man did God ever provide! We are pleased to announce the addition of Kerry Gann from Smyrna, TN. Kerry has played for several groups over the years, is a very accomplished bass player, and a fine christian man. We are thrilled to have him with us.

Another new member! When we were at Midway Baptist in Soddy Daisy, TN last fall Steve Faulkner played drums for the church. Little did he know that we were looking for a drummer to round out a live band. Steve jumped in that day and played like he had been with us from the beginning. He has played for us ever since every chance he gets. We are so happy he and his wife Kelly are part of The Leavells family. And wait till you meet their son Bryan. What a blessing they are!
